All participants must be enrolled in the participating university’s undergraduate or graduate program as a full-time or part-time student during the Case Challenge. Any change in the composition of a team is prohibited after the start of the first preliminary round. Between the submission of the memoranda and the start of the preliminary rounds, a team member may be substituted in case of special circumstances. These are to be described by the team coach in writing to the Head of External Affairs.
The registration fee covers registration for a team of four students and a faculty advisor, accommodation for 4 nights in the ÜBERWASSERHOF MÜNSTER, social activities, and the majority of meals during the competition. Transportation to and from Münster is not included.

Hotels have been booked for you, and rooms have been assigned to you by gender. Rooms will be shared amongst teammates! Should you have further questions regarding the arrangements please don’t hesitate to contact us!
Detailed information can be found in our Rule Book. Teams will bring their own Laptops and are limited to 1 GB of broadband internet a day. They are however barred from external communication.
Teams will prepare two three-hour cases and one four-hour case. Detailed information can be found in the Rule Book!
